We make gear to last. But in case it doesn't, you're covered with our limited lifetime warranty.
We stand behind every piece of gear we make. All Reyr Gear products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails because of us, we’ll repair or replace it.
Depending on the issue, we may replace the entire product or just the affected part/section. If your exact model is no longer available, we’ll provide the closest comparable product.
If you return gear without all the components it originally shipped with, a flat $10 deduction will be applied for each missing item.
Exceptions to the flat fee:
If you forgot to include something in your return, you’ll need to either accept the deduction or ship the missing item(s) back at your own expense. Please package the items securely and include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return so our team knows how to process it.
All returned products must be free of dirt, debris, and excessive wear. If your rod, reel, or accessories are returned in damaged condition (outside of a manufacturing defect), your return will be voided and your product(s) will be sent back to you.
We aim to process all returns within 15 days of receipt at our warehouse. If 15 days pass from the time we receive your return (as confirmed by your tracking number), you will automatically be refunded the full amount (less any applicable return shipping fees) and your return will be closed.
