Shipping Rates

  • Continental USA: Orders over $69 ship free. Orders under $69 may incur a shipping fee.

  • Hawaii & Alaska: May incur an additional shipping fee or will be calculated by a preferred carrier (USPS or UPS).

  • International Orders: Do not qualify for free shipping. Rates are calculated by the carrier (typically UPS or FedEx Express).

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes unless an exception is granted by our customer support team. Please contact us before placing your order if you need shipment to a PO box.

Changes to Shipping Address

  • Once your order is placed, you may update or change your shipping address by contacting us only if your order has not shipped from our warehouse.

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, Reyr Gear cannot change the address. You will need to contact the carrier directly to request any changes. Reyr Gear is not responsible for any charges from the carrier related to re-routing packages already in transit.

  • All orders placed in the USA are subject to a 6-hour automatic hold period to allow for customer-requested order edits and changes. After this window, edits cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Reyr Gear partners with Redo to ensure that your items arrive safely.

    • If you opt into Redo Protection at checkout, your order is covered in the event it is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We will replace the affected items at no additional cost to you.

    • This service also provides access to free return shipping for refunds, exchanges, and store credit.

  • If you do not opt into Redo Protection, Reyr Gear is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Packages Returned to Sender

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address provided is correct and accurate. Reyr Gear does not verify addresses.

  • Any packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will be refunded less any applicable shipping fees already paid.

  • We will not automatically attempt to contact you for correction. If you wish to receive the order again, you will need to place a new order on our website. We recommend using an alternate address if the original was undeliverable.
